Earlier this week, Republican Governors Pete Ricketts (Nebraska) and Henry McMaster (South Carolina) both said that they would not be accomodating unaccompanied migrant children from the southern US border. McMaster's refusal came via Executive Order, which claimed South Carolina should instead focus on vulnerable children already in the state.
