MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The US federal authorities have arrested Riley June Williams, a Capitol rioter who allegedly stole a laptop from US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office, the Washington Post reported on Tuesday, citing the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
